A Boxing style workout for those who want an intense boxing style training session without the associated punishing blows to the head and body.
These Boxercise sessions will get all the muscle groups working, rather than targeting one specific group and so produce a great all-over conditioning workout.
Toughen Up Boxercise incorporates the techniques of 'Western' Boxing & Thai-boxing and will have you performing a range of punches, elbows, kicks, knees, footwork and defensive manoeuvres against
imaginary opponents and with focus/ kick pads whilst employing correct technique.
Whether you want to improve:

- Muscular strength
- Muscular endurance
- Muscular tone
- Flexibility
- Core stability and balance
- Speed and agility
- Body composition
Each Toughen Up Boxercise session will be 1 hour of high energy fun

You will need to bring with you:
- comfortable clothing
- gym shoes
- water - so you maintain optimal hydration
- a towel - you may become a bit sweaty
- a positive attitude!
Don't have your own gloves, don't despair, we now provide 'Antibacterial Hand Gel' to help kill those pesky bacteria.
If you wish to use hand wraps in the class please put them on before the start of the class

The classes are structured for all skills and fitness levels from beginners to advanced, reformed couch potatoes to the physically fit.The classes will be held in Kingsmead School, Southbury Road, Enfield EN1 1YQ
On foot: Enter gate and turn RIGHT, follow signs towards the RECEPTION, continue past and take the 2nd left.
By car: enter site and turn right, follow drive around to the side of the building by the A10. Walk through the gates, 1st door on the gym building on the right.
