Our exercise classes are so enjoyable and such fun that when you've tried one you'll be coming back for more.

Some of our regulars have been attending our classes for over a year and are still finding new drills and exercises to try!
Toughen Up fitness classes are social events and you will get to meet many interesting fitness practitioners just like you.
You can come along with your friends, or do what many people do and come along to make friends.

Our classes are high energy exercise classes and you will burn lots of calories and boost your fitness levels.
All of our classes also incorporate Strength, conditioning and flexibility to help tone and sculpt your body.
