MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) Fitness exercise sessions are suitable for men and women. The emphasis of the session is to greatly improve your cardiovascular fitness, muscular tone/ definition, reduce body fat and learn realistic self-defense techniques.

MMA Fitness sessions are an ideal training aid incorporating the techniques of:
Boxing, Thai-boxing and various other Martial Arts and will have you performing a range of punches, elbows, grappling, throws, kicks, knees, ground/ floorwork, footwork and defensive manoeuvres against imaginary opponents, with the aid of a partner using focus/ kick pads, punchbags and sparring all whilst employing correct technique.
