A Boxing style workout for WOMEN who want an intense boxing style training session without the associated punishing blows to the head and body.
These Women-only Boxercise sessions will get all the muscle groups working, rather than targeting one specific group and so produce a great all-over conditioning workout.
Toughen Up Women_only Boxercise incorporates the techniques of Boxing & Thai-boxing and will have you performing a range of punches, elbows, kicks, knees, footwork and defensive manoeuvres against imaginary opponents and with focus/ kick pads whilst employing correct technique.

The WOMEN-ONLY BOXERCISE class will be run by Alex (Alexandra) our experienced and fully qualified female Boxercise instructor.
Alex is a fully qualified and insured Boxercise instructor with many years experience in Martial Arts and fitness tuition.

These sessions are strictly women-only and there will be absolutely no men admitted.
So you can feel free to let your 'hair down' - literally.

If you haven't tried it for a while you will be surprised how calorie consuming and energy sapping a few rounds of skipping can be!
