2021 Fitness Challenge
Complete 1 fitness session of at least 30 minutes and complete one 5km Run, walk or 10km cycle every week for 12 weeks. (minimum of 4 a month)
PLEASE NOTE A SUBMISSION IS NEEDED BEFORE THE MEDALS ARE SENT (see below)
Submitting and Claiming your Medal
Join the Toughen Up Strava group or upload a picture of your activities every week to track your achievements so far.
For every month successfully completed you will earn a medal segment. At the end of the 3 months you will have completed 3 segments that connect to form a complete medal, You will also receive a Toughen Up medal.
The Fitness Challenge can be started in any month until the end of September to be completed by the end of December 2021
